Pricing Policy

At YardGuard, all service pricing is based on yard size, number of dogs, and service frequency. Our pricing is transparent and available on our website. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to excessive waste buildup, large property size, or special access requirements. Any changes will be communicated and approved before service begins.

Payment Policy

All services must be prepaid on a weekly or monthly basis through our secure payment portal. Recurring subscriptions will be billed automatically. Failed or declined payments may result in service pauses. We do not accept cash or checks for ongoing services unless previously arranged.

Weather Policy

We operate rain or shine! However, in cases of severe weather (e.g., lightning, hurricanes, flooding), service may be rescheduled for safety. If a service delay occurs due to weather, we will contact you promptly to reschedule within 48 hours at no extra charge.

No Access Policy

If our technician arrives and cannot access your yard (due to locked gates, aggressive pets outside, or other obstructions), we will notify you immediately. The visit will still be charged as scheduled. To avoid missed service, please ensure access is available during your scheduled time window.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service anytime with at least 24 hours’ notice before your next scheduled visit to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit will still be billed. Refunds are not issued for missed visits due to lack of access or early cancellations during a paid billing cycle.

Dangerous Pet Policy

For the safety of our technicians, we cannot service yards where aggressive or unsupervised pets are present. If a dog is outside and cannot be safely approached, we will skip the yard and notify you. You will still be charged for the visit. Please ensure pets are secured during your scheduled service window.
